[Bug] didn't receive gold/credits earned after try out

Please advise which party I need to deal with to handle my issue of never receiving the free gold I'm owed after using the "get more gold" button function, then following the instructions and achieving the goal for the prize.  I was playing "Left To Survive" and the offer for free gold is to installl "Lord's Mobile" and hit a lvl-2 Monster.

Left to Survive by My.com? 
or the middleman ad services company "ironSource Mobile Ltd." ? 
or the advertising sponsor Lords Mobile by IGG Inc?

You would need to contact My.com
IGG would not have access to your account on another game, and I find it unlikely that a third-party advertisement firm would either.
I'd imagine there's simply a mess-up in communications between some two of the companies listed.

Otherwise, you may have clicked the second Lords Mobile-related quest, meaning it was not the most recent one when you hit the lvl 2 monster, making the reward invalid.

You can always pop a message over to IGG live support but they'll likely tell you it's not their jurisdiction as it's to do with another game.
