So I have been seeing players who refund their purchases on the IOS store after spending all the diamonds on speed ups and still get to have their money. This has been going around for so long and IGG seems to be doing nothing about it. This is completely unprofessional.
I talked to a GM about this and he said that you can't refund the purchase after you spend the diamonds which is completely NOT TRUE!
Please tell me how you are going to be able to protect the legit players who actually pay for services.
If you do a chargeback not only does your account get banned but also the person you gift the Gems too. They keep track of everything.

So I have witnessed so many people doing that, even in my guild and none of them got banned so far and it has been weeks. Are you sure that they actually keep track of that?
And how long does it take them to take action? What is the use if they are just able to use all the speed ups and destroy my army and get banned only after that?
I really like the game but I guess it seems IGG is helpless to correct this issue and this would result many legit players like me to quit.
