Instead saying to most tickets "we investigated and found nothing", do something that you can actually find issues and fix issues. Add more logs. When people send you screenshots take a look at them ( in case you actually store them). When people send you movies about issues, don't just say "we found nothing". Obviously you did not find anything or the issue would not be happening.

In so many cases the customer support is useless that it just makes me wonder why you even spend money on the guys. They just toss you around for days and in the end they say that the valued customer is on it's own to drown in it's own issues. At least buy a psychologist that keeps repeating " and how does that make you feel " + " what are you going to do about it" cause right now, the standard ticket replies just makes you even more angry.
