[Bug] Gem Mall - Missing Options to Purchase Bulk Tomes, Cuffs, Soul Crystals, Pickaxe

In Gem Mall, I am currently only able to buy War Tome, Steel Cuffs and Soul Crystal for 15 crystals, Crystal Pickaxe for 20 crystals.  I used to recall seeing options to buy them in bulk for a massive discount (example: 1,000 war tomes for 10,000 crystals). 

Is this because of guildfest? Or is there a bug?

Ohh.. just found out that we can access the other purchase options by selecting the building we wish to upgrade (eg. Battle Hall), then just click the War Tome and we can see the different purchase options from there. :)
