[Bug] Cannot login to my account

Me and my little brother were playing on my android phone at different kingdoms.
My brother was playing via gmail linked account at kingdom 345 while i playing facebook linked account at 377.
while my brother not playing i was connecting via switch device button in settings.
My brothers' gmail account got banned because of recharge.
He deserve to be banned i totally agree with that but i cannot switch device anymore because i can't enter the settings tab.
Game keeps saying "your account is suspended" at splash screen.
I cleared cache and data
reinstalled game like 5 times
removed banned gmail account from phone
removed all gmail accounts from phone
cleared cache and data of Google play games
registered new gmail account and tried to login with it.
Game still keeps saying that account suspended.
I just started week ago and purchased gems.
Can you help me to get my account back.
