First of all, might doesn't matter that much when you factor in hero compositions and counters. You have to counter the enemy not just by sheer might but how your heroes work well together to defeat enemy teams.
There is also random crits which can wipe your team. I have a feeling that your Prima Donna died to the enemy demon/scarlet combo while the enemy was able to heal at least 1 time to kill your team.
The fail in all your commentary is that until a hero is maxed both in level, rank and gear, it should NEVER be able to not only beat, but wipe a team where the team is maxed in this capacity. Otherwise there is very little incentive to level teams and too much incentive to just buy them. Having a team with level 59 in blue or even green capacity shouldn't begin to have the power to conquer their greater adversaries. It does not create for good competition and does not create for good strategy it creates for random bullshit outcomes. Very few people in the game that would argue it.
This is just poor game play as it takes many days of logins and grinding to level these Heroes up to level 60, as well as gold rank, to have them so susceptible to much lesser teams. Not to mention that you can't control the heroes in the game and they're just on autopilot makes them stupid and the whole process reasonably ignorant. If it weren't for the gem reward I wouldn't bother to level them at all.
1st grade and level is the only difference,maybe 1 or 2 missing gears on them
2nd crits, players like demon and sometimes tracker get lucky crits
3rd you arent even trying to stop scarlet,i bet she killed all your defense,rose will no defense is a joke,just like any hero,ever tried using crow even? TRY IT
oh and scarlet also disarms,aka pretty much no skills from your tanks after/might have hit demon,then hes just hitting prima normally=healing
