What happened to the gift key thread and our suggestions?  Is IGG ever going to return what we rightfully purchased, or implement any of the far superior ideas we provided?

Lol, they were just making us waiting until we get tired!!!!
This the first time in my life playing a game and developers deal with our requests in this bad way!!

Briefly: there a feature called gift key, we decided to buy it because of the function that it has, we did not buy it for this new features of it.
This call illegal way to take money from us

And we still hopeful that IGG realize this big issue of trust

That really is how it looks...IGG committed fraud and took away Gift Key functionality we had paid for.  

IGG's social media and this forum were flooded with rightly angry demands to restore what we had agreed to buy.  They made a sticky in this forum and redirected everyone to try to contain all the hate mail and suggestions to that thread...now it's gone, without a word.  

IGG, can you explain yourselves and what's going on with the Gift Key now?  We're not going to forget or go away until you make this right.

Dear Lords and Ladies,
We've received several questions about the latest update and the changes to the Gift Shop. Please see below for the reasons we made these adjustments:

1. It has come to our attention that some Gem Sellers and irregular purchasers , sold their illegally obtained gems in game via the Gift Shop function. This behavior has a serious impact on the fairness of the game.
2. Some players will receive those Gems and items without realizing they are illegal, this in turn will influence their accounts' security.
In order to sustain the game and keep it fair for all players', we have changed the "Gift Shop" function. We sincerely ask for all our Lords and Ladies support and kind understanding.
Important Statement: IGG will always do what they can to prevent all kinds of actions which will impair players' benefits. We will never stop taking action to stop fraudulant activity, Gem trades etc. We are committed to keeping the game balanced and giving all our Lords and Ladies a better gaming experience.

All suggestions have been forwarded. Will the Gift Key be restored? I can't answer that question, but at this moment the change to Gift Key is here to stay and you can only Gift players who have lower might than you.

If this is the case the im sure your player community demands to be refunded. You can promise them something and after its bought change what they bought. So either refund the money or we will get it by ither means

Right, IGG should be compensating everyone who purchased a gift key.  The sticky thread had 60+ replies and suggestions, and after a month, IGG has done and said nothing.  They appear to shamefully be pretending they did nothing wrong and hoping this blows over. Can't let them get away with this fraud...I know even the moderators are pissed about the horrible way IGG is handling this.

IGG as a whole is a joke. You email them and its automated responses. You ask for a refund and they say that they wont cause we uded the items from the purchase. Thats complete crap that they offer one thing and then after bought change it. Google wont refund as purchases are more than 48hrs ago and you tell them what is happening and still cant do anything. Its almost time for a law suit to be placed on IGG

IGG kept directing people requesting refunds to live support.  After going back and forth for days with them, live support would tell you they won't issue refunds. 

Google and Apple will issue refunds if you press hard enough, and/or recommend you get it through your bank.  Many have been successful. 

Google also recommends to flag the game (at the bottom of the app page in the Play Store) as inappropriate so that they have more to act on, based on what IGG has done to us.
