So just wanted to share an experience i have encountered twice now this last one really pisses me off so I have ran into issues where I’ll use a 24’hr shield and of course the 1000 gems are deducted from
My account to buy it and use it and of course there system shows a 8hr shield was used not a 24 hr but they have no explanation on how the 1000 gems got deducted or where they went if I were you guys I would not waste the money on this game I’ve put about 10 grand of my own money into it and for how many times there servers or there bugs have cost me so much money and they do nothing to fix it and I know when I get zeroed it’s my fault but when it’s at there systems hands it’s obsurd
Protect your money and invest elsewhere lords is not worth the money or time

cant relate to the issue. myself allways use 24hrs shields when home. and i'm good at tracking gems i never loose more then i should :(
