Ok i have contacted the cutomer support for the lats 2 weeks and its not getting anywhere i hope i can solve my problem here in the forum 

the propblem is i cant transfer my account from IOS to android via facebook login it said that my account is already tied to another facebook and im sure that it aint. I already provided the account IGG number and exact date 

Heres the last email i receive can anyone tell me why they are asking for Ip address

They might think you are trying to take someones account, make sure its the same facebook account, like go on your ios to check

the hell its really hard to look for exact date on IOS you know they wont even let you see the date of the app you first use.

EDITED:Why did you close the thread already contacted them provided the all the info waited 3 days for each reply going on for over 2 weeks. 3 days for each reply.

You need to contact Live Support ingame. Create a new ticket and provide the information they ask for.
