I spent about 200 days playing the game with USD300 spent for various purchase. Immediately after my latest iOS upgrade, I lost my account as if it never happened. I wrote the customer support but only got a canned message back pretty much saying I’m on my own. I’d say you want to think twice before u pay any money for this game. They don’t care about you.
